Quick review for busy people

Quick and easy check-in. Room was clean and well-maintained, featuring a Keurig machine and mini fridge. The pools were enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and responsive. A few drawbacks included musty smells and advertising issues with the room sizes. Parking was ample and felt safe. Good option for budget travelers!

I enjoyed my stay here, though check-in took some time due to a long line. The staff provided good service throughout my visit. The location suited my needs for visiting a nearby event. I did notice the restaurant had reasonable prices. I also appreciated the cleanliness of my room, which met my expectations.

Big room, strange hiccups

We stayed for a night in a spacious room, which was comfy but weirdly set up. Staff mixed up our reservation and someone crashed into our room! Dinner at the bar was nice though, the food was pretty good. Just wish the front desk had been more organized and our keycards didn't die on us, ugh.

Spacious lobby with a cozy fireplace vibe and loads of local activities pamphlets. Our room had comfy beds and a nice big window!

The air conditioning was louder than my in-laws at a family reunion! Charmed, I'm sure.

decent stay , but some areas need improvement

The staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable for my family. I felt secure knowing there was a lifeguard at the pool. Also, the restaurant offered reasonable prices for meals, which we appreciated.

The check-in process was slower than I expected.

The room I stayed in was quiet and well-equipped. I enjoyed a lovely chat with some friendly students while I was there. The enclosed pool and jacuzzi were perfect for winding down after a long day. The only downside was that the room key sometimes acted a little funny when I tried to get in from the outside, but overall, I had a great experience! 😊

During a challenging time, I found solace in this hotel. The staff, especially the front desk and shuttle drivers, were compassionate and accommodating. The quietness of the Executive Double Room was soothing, and I appreciated having Charades restaurant onsite for convenient meals. Highly recommended for a nurturing stay!

This was just a top selection for a holiday in Henrietta with best value. The room I had was quiet & suitable, well equipped. Tip, Check if your electronic key works before heading into the room.
